Jurisdiction confusion for civil and criminal defarmation

Respected Members kindly confirm/clarify the legal Jurisdiction for both civil & criminal defamation, Damages & malicious prosecution suit to be filed in Delhi court/ Delhi high court against the acquitted judgment pronounced by a court in Punjab. The acquitted persons are permanent resident of New Delhi.

The criminal jurisdiction will be there where the offence is alleged to have been committed there cannot be a civil suit AGAINST the criminal judgement.

The criminal jurisdiction will be there where the offence is alleged to have been committed there cannot be a civil suit AGAINST the criminal judgement.
However suit for damages would lie in Delhi courts.or where the defamatory statemrnts are published or where the the plaintiff is defamed

Arunagiri is the Active Director of Gemmia Oil Tech the Company which had Cheated the Indian Public to the tune of Rs 900 crores and Suspended in BSE and SEBI and many innocent Indian Investors had committed Suicide also.Better Be Cautioned.

Obviously the Concerned Partner is a Silent Partner of Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd which had Cheated the Indian Public to the tune of Rs 900 crores and Suspended in BSE and SEBI and many of the Innocent Indian Investors had Committed Suicide.Their Guilt of the Silent Partner Exposes It.Thanks.(Posted in the Interest Of Innocent Querist)

If you are a 498a fighter, you could well have asked your questions from your own lawyer. If you have not asked, was there any specific reason for that?
