howcan one get registered in bar council of india .
how one can apply in judicary and other qualification and exp required in it

State Bar Councils are charged with the duty of enrolment of qualified and eligible persons as advocates. State Bar Councils have framed enrolment rules prescribing various conditions and the applications for enrolment submitted by the candidates are scrutinized and placed before the Enrolment Committee for passing necessary orders and issue enrolment certificates to the candidates. Contact the Bar council of the state from where you are desirous to get enrolled.

Mr Chinu it is better once you Visit the State Bar Council office and discuss with Secretary of Your State Bar Council, you will get more information and you will be having clear idia, before you enroll as advocate .

You can approach state Bar Council in your state for getting full details about registration and other formalities .

After completing the LLb,
You may obtain a form for registration as an Advocate from the office of your state bar council, fill it up, and deposit the same with requisite fee in that office.
As soon as you become a member of the bar council of your state, you automatically beocme the member of the Bar Council of India.
As far as judiciary is concerned, You may appear for the various tests conducted by the state govt. for the recruitment on Judicial posts. No experience is necessary for the post of Subordinate Judiciary.

Can I know the name of your state. In Orissa the the exam. for subordinate judiciary ( Orissa Judicial Service ) is conducted by Orissa Public Service Commission.
