My father in law acquired a flat in Andheri , in 1981 , with loan from HDFC , and registered the document in his name and his son's name. The loan from HDFc was also in his name and son;s name . The loan has been repaid . Who are the owners for this flat today ?. Both are alive . Is it the father and son
or father first primary member and son secondary member .
In case of a dispute , who is the flat deemed to be owned by ... either the father, or the father and son equally ?. Does the son have to prove that he is a joint owner , when his name is in the Registered document and share certificate ?

Dear Mr.Raja,
When the father and son are joint owners as per the registered deed, who else could be the owner.
