joint family property claim

we live in joint family, house divided in four parts in 1983, other property is agricultural land, we don't have detail of agricultural land detail where it is located, my uncles don't tell us any detail, all property is allotted in 1947 after partition of india & pak, how i get detail of property & how i claim my share in all property

Revenue records of the area Tehsildar may be helpful to know the particulars. You can try contacting Tehsildar office.

but we don't know about city or village,
i hear about offices at jullandhar and Delhi, that these offices have all detail of property allotted after 1947, our family comes from pakistan in india,
i want to know the details of these offices & how i check records from these offices

YOU MAY SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE CONCERNED COLLECTOR OFFICE UNDER RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT MENTIONING ALL DETAILS AND NAMES OF THE HOLDERS AND ALSO THE GRAND FATHER,FATHER AND CURRENT HOLDERS OF SAID PROPERTY. YOU MAY SEND THE SAME BY SPEED POST A.D. IT WILL COST YOU LESS AND YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE SERVED.GOOD LUCK.
