what is need of evidence . both of you are opting for divorce by mutual consent after having settled all issues

both of your applications are the evidence for mutual evidence . So both decided yourself then apply for divorce
R.K Nanda (Expert) 11 April 2012
There is no need for any evidence.

I differ with the above advises.

Once a MCD is filed, you are required to file an affidavit or give an examination in chief before the court after the completion of 6 months waiting period. The judge will pass order only after that affidavit/evidence.

:-) No evidence, affidavit that there was no cohabitation for six months suffice.

Sir, Evidence is complete after cross-examination only. Affidavit per se is not evidence.

It is the matter of any common man knowledge that seeking consent decree means no dispute between parties for which no evidence is required. It is like "मिंया बीबी राजी तो क्या करेगा काजी ???"

In mutual consent divorce there is no need to cite the reason nor does the evidences have any role to play.
