I want to ask to the experts is Relinquishment deed valid under Indian Law..If yes where is the provision for the same...Whether mutation can be done on the Basis of Relinquishment deed.?

yes relinquishment deed is valid . however it needs to be stamped and duly regd . you can make application for mutation .
