Is grievances relating to settlement of t.a. bills are covered under rti act or not?

Dear sir

please tell me immediately that Is settlement of grievances relating to T.A. Bills are covered under RTI Act or not. If not also give the relevant reference of supreme court judgements and give their link to access.

rti act is not a grievance redressal mechanism.

you may use the information collected through rti for any purpose.
