Dear Sir/Madam
I want to ask a very important question My Friend have given a typing exam on typing machine for Hindi and English
But he do know anything so he has not type anything in my exam copy but a fraud of checking in a lot of copy he passed in Hindi Typing examination and failed English typing exmination due to errors of copy checking or by mistake it may possible that copy checkers have taken a lot of amount to student for pass examination.
Now police has registered a case against him ipc 120,and ipc 420 and copy checkers that how he passed and he also arrested checkers because they have passed a lot of students.
While it total responsibility of copy checker why he checked copy in illegal way. There is no connection to his of checkers or he has not used any unfair means.
Kindly help me on this matters what he do on this matter.

First take his bail if he is named in FIR.
Those points are relevant during trial only.
