I HAVE REQUESTED POLICE STATION TO REGISTER FIR UNDER IPC 283
AS SOME VEGETABLE SELLERS BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OF MY SHOP.
SO PLEASE TELL ME IN HOW MUCH DAYS THEY HAVE TO FILE CHARGE SHEET AND GIVE ME SOME PREMILINARY INFORMATION REGARDING IPC 283. AND ITS PROCEDINGDS

If you want to know qua period to be taken by police in filing of charge sheet, it is advised to contact some astrologer who can predict.

For any information / knowledge qua providing you any information regarding IPC 283 and its proceedings it is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
