Intimation of case

case is pending before SC and in the meantime case before lower court is dismissed. My query is do I have to inform the SC or in case I want to make appeal before District court against the order of lower court and in SC will become infructuous.

If the case pending before supreme court is different to that of the matter pending before the civil court then it will not make any difference.

However if it is the same matter, you can continue the matter with the supreme court and get an order accordingly so that this dismissal can be set aside.
