adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 24 October 2009
In the lower court you will learn everything like procedures of the court, how to lead the evidence, argument and so many important procedures, but in the high court almost all direct arguments.
LC practice is the base for the high court practice,
First you learn the procedures in the LC then go to high court.

It is you to choose in which court you wants to start. Chances are everywhere.

Please take a decision on the basis of your social background / family spport, your taste and your hold in local areas.
Sachin Bhatia (Expert) 24 October 2009
I will suggest you to start your career in the distt. courts because in the lower court you learn every stage of court proceeding like case filing, repliying, how to lead the evidence, arguments etc. In lower courts you will learn about the basic proceeding of the courts, then after some time you may go to H.C.

Good Luck
