You are not entitled to get insurance claim of car belonged to your father irrespective of the fact that you are paying premium of policy regularly on your father's name even after demise of your father. You had to inform in this regard to insurance company within six months of death of your father and had to transfer the policy in your name in such period.

Criminal case bail conditions say that ,we must not change or transfer the car details to any one until case is disposed
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 09 February 2021
Neither insurance company can issue policy in the name of dead person nor one can get issued legally the policy on dead person's name.getting policy on your name instead of your deceased father's name does not mean transfer of ownership of cae and neither it violets bail conditions.
