inheritence right of converted childern

in case the sons and daughter of a hindu settle abroad and merry after conversion are they entiled to inherit the property of their father . Kindly quote the judgment , if any , in case the reply is negative

Yes, in my opinion, they will be entitled to inherit the property of their father irrespective of their conversion please. However, further opinion from other experts may also be awaited for any other view in the matter.

conversion of religion is not at all a bar for the inheritance of the rights over the property of the father.

if the son and daughters can claim the share in the ancestrl properties if they are born before conversion of his parents. If the son and daughter born after conversion they cannot claim the share in the ancestral properties. But they can claim their share in the father's property
