Can one of the two sons contest on not being given any property or other movable property of the father for a self acquired earnings by him
A father's self-acquired property cannot be claimed by his children as a right during his lifetime. He has the freedom to distribute his earnings as he wishes. Therefore, his sons cannot contest not being given any property if it was solely acquired by him.

Not a legal query. However, No. The property is self acquired by the father, no one of his legal heirs can ask for anything. The father can do as he wishes.
