Experts in this forum have referred informatory petition is the one filed before CJM when one anticipates false allegations.

I believe informatory petition is different from application under RTI act 2005

Mr Nanda,

I am unaware, if any such application can be filed before CJM, Hence require Guidance of Expert Colleagues regarding the same.
