Is there any equivalent provisions in Indian Trusts Act, as section 41[d]of Bombay public Trusts Act.

No,there is no such provision in Indian Trusts Act,here expulsion or discharge of trustee shall take place by order of principal civil court or by mutuality between beneficiary and trustee.
