Hi. A person is claiming Indian citizenship of the basis of having an illegitimate child (Out of a living relationship). Can such person get citizenship??

Also the woman (who is an Indian) is now claiming rights over his property (in India and abroad) on the basis of living relationship?? Can such woman or her child claim right over his property (both in India & abroad).

For claiming Citizenship, proper marriage is essential.

Illegal children are also entitled to claim their right in the property.

Giving birth to an illegitimate child in living relation to an Indian girl is no ground for claiming citizenship of India ans similarly such girl/lady is also not entitled for the grant/claim of properties of such person, however, such illegitimate child is definitely
