i am a businessman. builder has 20-30 rooms in a complex builder has registry in his name of that land. now my question is if i purchase 1 room for bs activity & get registry for that 1 room & others 4-5 rooms are also sold & registered so whether after sell of all rooms builder has any right over such land since land registery in his name? rooms registry will be in the name of buyer? what is law that governs it? whether land & room registery is separate?
