What does the Indian Penal Code says with regard to the Incest? Will the honorable member of this forum share the problems of incest?

The term incest means a forbidden sexual relationship between close relatives in a family,eg.between brother and sister or parent and child.Incest is different from child sexual abuse.Indian law does not recognize incest as a punishable crime,unless the child is a minor,in which case it is treated as child sexual abuse.Sec.90 of the IPC deals with sexual abuse of children.
