Whether Chowtha ( Service Inaam ) Inam in Telangana is prohibited Property , whether it can be soldl , is there any prohibition on transfer / mortgage etc

Yes. When such land is on the Prohibited properties list, it cannot be transferred in any manner.

I am asking, Whether said Inam land is in Prohibited List , if it is in Prohibited List No Transfer can be made OK. The question is whether it is prohibited under any law more Particularly under Inam Abolition Act and anty GO issued vesting the land in Govt and Prohibiting the transfer /Sale /Mortgage to Bank of such InamLand , please specify

To my best-known sir, The Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 was enacted for the abolition of Inams, while adequately compensating the Inamdar for the lands resumed and safeguarding the rights of the occupants in amendment Act 19 of 2011. According to Section 6(3) of the Act, no permanent tenant shall be registered as on open occupant of Inam land in his possession unless he pays to the Government, the amount prescribed as premium. Similar conditions are stipulated in respect of protected tenant and non-protected tenant under Sections 7 and 8 of the Act respectively. A Committee is constituted by the Government in GO. Ms. No. 1049, Revenue Department, dated 28-7-2007 to assess the overall implementation of land distribution programs of the Government, inter alia observed that in Telangana Districts, thousands of acres of Inam lands are under the occupation of poor tenants, and their occupations are not being registered due to nonpayment of premium prescribed in the Act, and their occupancy rights are, therefore, not leading to final settlement and title. Sorry to say I don't know further, but I heard that some Sections were amended and Published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Part IV A, Extraordinary No. 8, dated 25-3-2011. But I don't know as at that time I was retired from service.
