What are the precautionary measures taken before purchecing the inami watan land (convert Division-2 to division-1) in Maharashtra please tell the steps of purchecing

contact a local lawyer . you will need sanction of collector for transfer of watan land and on payment of charges as determined by govt for trnasfer . reasd prrovisions of BOMBAY INFERIOR VILLAGES WATANS ABOLITION ACT, 1958

it deals with abolition of hereditary watans. these were revenue officers who were granted some land to enable them to discharge their duties . it has been abolished .
