Respected Sir,

Peanding Case bofore court U/s 138 N I act both Party out of court compromise and made agreement.
After then accused not folow the agreement and case at the stage of Final Argument .

So I want present comprise AGreement before Court.
Plz Guide me in which sec present appliction for Agreement on Rocord on Court.

You need not present the compromise deed, if you have other strong grounds.

If you want you can recall the witness and mark the document.

But, as per the Evidence Act, you can not mark any subsequent dated documents (i.e) after filing the case.
