Implications for filling wrong wrong affidavite before Court

If any Female is Filling wrong petition / Affidavite allegating someone either civil or criminal, subsequently proves wrong, what are the implications of that? can we file another cas against her for filling wrong petititon / affidavite and also for damage to my respect in the society?

Yes she can both be prosecuted for perjury and damages for causing disrepute.

Filing wrong affidavit is offence if it proves than the court can lodge the FIR and you can also initiate criminal proceeding against that person.

yes you can file compensation in civil and or criminal defamation case for filing wrong petition/ affidavit against her.
