A blind school registration /certificate has been revoked by the concerned authority in west Bengal.. Query can the same property /premises be used for running a normal children's school.

If the permission for running a regular school with proper licenses from all the concerned authorities are in place and proper, then you can very well proceed to start the normal school.

Yes. If the committee management of the school gets permission from DEO and others concerned then they can.
