Sir,
I have 2 residential land in bihar. One of them I sold to my cousin, in front of punch that he will pay money with in a year. But even after 3 years he did not pay a single penny to me. When I told this to panch he refuse to do any thing. This Panchnama was just verbal. And my cousin made a temporary home on my land (Its not a concrete). what to do sir...?

File a suit for eviction against him declaring him as a licensee.

The verbal permission to stay in your house does not require any leave and license agreement.
You can well file that case.
Engage an advocate and do that job done.
