Dear Sir.
under section17b of ID Act one person came to our factory.Now again he is problematic to us.He is a active member of BMS Union.One day he entered to my cabin and abused as well as threaten to me.it is regular practice with our officers .can you suggest what to do with this type of person ?

You may serve him a notice and may further issue him charge-sheet followed by enquiry and then dismissal.
