college A has 16 subjects for every semester and each semester is of 6 month duration. what kind of charges can file against college for such intentional load given to student.

The query pertains to topic on students, i.e., an educational/ academic query. So far as I understand, no educational law prescribes the limit of subjects for any course. Moreover, if the University to which the college is affiliated, has prescribed such subjects, college cannot have any option to reduce any number of subjects for any particular student.
That is another thing, if the student is disinterested in qualifying the exam by not completing the prescribed course.

I agree with all of what is said. but what your are seeing is one side of the thing. do you really think any student can take that much of load. Isn't there a phsycological limit to what extend students can learn things

There is a well thought out guidelines by the controlling agency with respect to subject, number of subjects, weekly hours (credits), so there is no question of overloading. Our higher education system (undergraduate) is quite relaxed and it should be compacted for many streams.
In any case what is the locus standii of a particular student to question this, before taking admission he should have known about the load. The more relevant question would be that faculty is not able to cope with the tight schedule and hence the quality of education is deteriorating ? or faculty is not able to complete the syllabus in time.(if at all this is the fact).
If this is admitted then there are many understaffed departments (even our lower court Judges who handle hundreds of cases everyday apart from other administrative work), then they will all approach the government or courts for reducing there load.
Why don't you ask the concerned student to talk to an IIM A gradute he would tell you what academic load really means.

Your query reveals about 16 subjects in EVERY semester. That means in a three years'purse there are 96 subjects (16x2x3yrs), which is not possible. That i nothing other than a wild joke.
By the way what are the 16 subjects you are talking about? I have not yet come to know that in any class of any academic course 16 subjects are being taught in a single semester.

I was doing my MBA from bhartividyapeeth navi mumbai. It is a 2 year course. but when I got admission in it they started over burdening us I can even give you syllabus if you want right now in this forum about what thoes 16 subjects were. Now this what they are doing. I lost my money in it. I droped out in first sem itself. I wasn't able to cope up with that much load.

The attachment provides information about topics, not the subjects. These represent only four subjects only, i.e., Business Law, Management, Managerial Accountancy, Statistics. Even those topics do not count 16. You cannot count each topic as a subject. Definitely, you are not supposed to appear in 64 papers for 64 subjects during the period of 2 years course. Marketing is another subject, but if you have taken German language that can be optional subject of your own choice.
If you want your career developed as a manager, or a corporator, you have to learn the essentials of management. If you want to do your management course in parts, the college/ university would also be having some option to the students to do in parts within a certain number of years, which you can opt for, if you want to get less load on you. You will have to compromise with your own time with loss of some years in achieving success in your course in that case.

You seem to have been compelled to join MBA course against your wishes. If you have failed in first semester that does not mean all the students of your class would have failed due to that overburden, which you feel as a disinterested student.
Had I not opened the word file, how I could have been able to guess what topics are included in the attachment? You even did not take pain, seemingly due to your lethargy, to write even the names of the topics in your reply and preferred to attach the topic file for the experts to make their own efforts just to satisfy a guy, like you, who cannot even distinguish between a subject and a topic of a subject. This instance itself is sufficient to reveal your laziness and lack of interest in development of your own career.
Better be satisfied with your lot.

It seems you have not read my very first reply properly where I HAVE VERY CLEARLY STATED, "no educational law prescribes the limit of subjects for any course."
What type of more straight forward reply you want? However, the more straight forward reply is, YOU CANNOT LEVEL A CHARGE AGAINST THE COLLEGE.

I understand what you say. but what I gave is the situation I have faced during the six month period. that situation is being faced by many other students as well. That will destroy their career as well. All I thought about education was it gave you skill to handle certain situation well. after a law being favored for such institute. It will just become a money making business with failed people in their life.
