One of surviving family members is minor just 2 years old . For applying for obtaining surviving family members certificate from Tehshildar what document for ID and address proof of that minor will have to be produced.

Yes. You can obtain information from the Rev. authorities. However, you have to mention the minor's name and age is sufficient and proof not necessary. The Rev. authorities will inquire and issue certificate.
