can a murder convict can get a share of the property in a joint family property?

Section 25 of Hindu Succession Act disqualifies murderer or a person who abets the commission of murder from inheriting the property of the person murdered, or any other property in furtherence of succession to which he or she committed or abetted the commission of the murder.
