Husband wife conflicts

Dear Sir,
My wife was gone to her motherhood for delivery on 17th January 2013. on 12th february 2013 we have got a child.since she is living in her motherhood.I had good familier relation with my wife & her family till 24th March 2013. A normal misunderstanding/conflicts was happened between us on 25th march 2013. since she blaming on me that I had raped her after delivery, I attempted to kill her. she also blames that after our marriage which was passed on 16th April 2012 I used to do mental,Sexual & physical harressment with her.Now she does not want to live with me,she do not communicate me since 25th march 2013.she also do not take any action. but I do not want to leave her or divorced her. My family is also attend a counselling with her family but they do not cooperate with us.Her family is fighting with wrong words at the time of councelling. Now my wife's parents said that they do not ready to send her to my home. if they will send as per their choice or not.whetherI would send her a legal notice for living with me. How it will works? What appropriate action taken by me? give me appropriate solution on my case.

Once you start a legal process of notice sending, cases under 498a, DV act may be initiated against you and your family. Try for counseling and mediation. Legal path is not easy, it is time consuming, costly and may not fetch results according to your wishes. If their parents want to send her on certain conditions, know the conditions, analyses the pros and cons and decide if agreement can be arrived. Accept all acceptable demands, no harm. It will fetch peace, happiness and a family life.
