JANTAR MANTAR DELHI.
ANY MEMORANDUM TO BE GIVEN?
TO BE INFORMED AND PARMISSION TO BE TAKEN FROM THE LOCAL POLICE STATION AND CIVIC BODIES? ETC

No administrative authority is going to permit you in writing to have a hunger strike at jantar mantar. it is yoru sweet desire to chose the place and get it declare to all concerned.

Dear Shri Janardan,
The process of doing any kind of prottest at Jantar Mantar is very formalised.
You just need to give a letter to DCP parliament street asking for permission. They will not give you permission in wrtiting but only the acknowledgment and that's enough. Your protest will be in a list of all the protest to be held at any particular day and the police man at the day of your protest will definetly have that.
It is totally upto you if u want to submitt any memorendum of your demands to president, prime minister and ..., you will be assisted by the policemen there. They will take one or two members of your organization to the office of the authority.

Shri Makkad Ji,
No person is allowed to declare any hunger strike without any prior intimation to police authority, except politicians.
