How to registr mortgaged in bank favour

R/s,
I am Register Mortgaged in Central Bank of India Hingoli.Purpose of loan. My property is ancest property.Now, property value is above one crore.My two alder brother and my business is Agriclture.He is cerat the problem in loan case.This land is also ancest property.our family CA suggestion all property is under HUF.The property was not mortgaged.The property allrady divided in three member,ABC.Member C availed Bank loan starte the business.C serch the property laste 33 year and clear the title.But CA suggestion C the property is HUF you can not Register property in bank favour and sale the property.ple give me suggestion,How to availed bank loan?And Submit the income tax return HUF or Individul.My financial status is poor.To day my loan proposal is stop.

unless there is division by metes and bounds and clear tittle , bank wont accept it.
