how to get ur bonds back

Dear sir I was arrested in Mumbai in 2006 on deportation charges and was released on 15000 bbonds but the police had taken my passport and srnt it to the passport office where it was issued sir this march the court has aquaitted me from the charges and gave order to refund the bonds and my passport. Sir my problem is that I dont have the original bonds receipt but do hace Xerox copy of it and also how to get my passport back thanks for ur time.

You can obtain the attested copy from the copying agency of the court and then can get it from the office o passport as per direction of the court.

Sir what can I do if the passport office is not responding they're saying that my passport is not tracable.
