You can get a probate on a Will.
For legal heirship certificate you may have to approach concerned revenue department.
For getting a succession certificate you have to file a petition before jurisdictional court.

You may appreciate the fact that this site is worldwide including your town Hanuman Garh. We have not come across any expert from Hanuman Garh on this platform. Did you search and contact any lawyer in your town i.e., Hanuman Garh ?

Probation of a "will" is "NOT" compulsory in Rajasthan.
As stated by you when the deceased has left a "will" how did you infer that, "father died intestate " ? Isn't a contradictory statement, which make your post as a hypothetical.

Besides this, transfer of Reliance shares, file a suit for succession before jurisdictional civil court, as advised by learned expert Sh. T Kalaiselvan, which I endorse.

Legal Heirship (surviving member) certificate is issued by area Tehsildar, which you can also obtain.
