How much rupees bond required

One X is authorised by the Board resolution of the company to look after the entire affairs of the company. Now X wants to execute power of attorney in fovour of Y for some specific work in the government e-govenance department in karnataka. I want to know what amount of bond is required. or can it be on letter head?

It is better to get registered such Special POA in the office of Registrar so that holder of such document may be duly recognized. Drafting on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- is sufficient.
