One of the shop owners (inducted last year) has claimed that the adjacent open plot has been sold by the Mg Comm in 1997 vide a resolution, not supported by AGM resolution/agreement/MHADA approval. Bldg is on MHADA lease for 90 years. Is there any validity to such sale. He is trying to encroach upon such open plot & has threatened to breaking the compound wall to that extent. What r the remedies available to the scoiety.
Further, he wants to inspect all documents made between the builder/scoeity & original flat/shop allotees. Does he have the right for such inspection of all such documents. Have chkd Section 32 of MSC Act, whcih does not seem to have any provision for such inspection - Pls advice

managing Committee has no powers to sell society land . needs AGm apporval and also MHADA . society should issue legal notice to shop owner . move coperative court for an injunction .
