House rental notice period

Sir,

Am staying in a Rented house at Upstair in one Portion and another portion was unconstructed. when i enquired with the LL before occupy Whether they going to construct the another portion, but he promised that he will construct the another portion by next 2 years only , Suddenly the 2nd month he started construction and start disturbing us when i enquired with him then he requested me to adjust for 1 month but 2 months completed still the work has not been completed. i have 3 yrs kid and my old fathers struggling with full of dust and allergy. My Query is that even the notice period is 2 months we have to obey for that if any disturbances caused by the LL. i have decided to vocate the house but the LL saying obey the agreement. So we need to sacrifice ourselves and stay for 2 months with full of dust? or any other way Please?

dont pay him the rent, if any advance rent is given adjust that towards rent.

after a month or two, the LL himself will send you an eviction notice.
