Sir, My Husband filed a case against Bank of India in High Court at Hyderabad in 2013 against his termination. The case did not even reach the judge for admission till date. As a result we are facing problems financially and mentally. We request you to kindly guide us in getting the case reached at the earliest date. Our lawyer says he cannot do any thing in making the case reached to Judge but he can only give arguments when it reaches the Judge. Kindly advise??

you are requested to inform your lawyer to mention the urgency of case to Hon'ble presiding corum and then matter get circulate and pray for expidiate hearing

Had other avenues / options exhausted before approaching high court?

Discuss with some senior lawyer expert in service matters, show him full case file.

Our Lawyer says that he cannot mention and he says that he can only help us when the case comes before the Hon'ble Judge. With the help of one relative in High Court, we are making the case get listed but the problem is the S No of our case is coming large (Eg 210 or 150 ) So, it is unable to reach the Judge as Judge is able to finish nearly 100 cases per day.

So, Please guide us what to do
