Help regarding cheque bouncing case

Dear Sir
A Cheque Bouncing Case has been filed by me against one of my customer and the case is going on from last 3.years,Accused Defence Statement is pending from last one and half year as there is no magistrate in that particular court,sir is there any way to transfer the case to other court or in fast track court,as i have heard that cheque bouncing case cannot be transfered to other court,kindly suggest me some way to transfer the case to fast track court.

most magistrate courts are overloaded . if no magistrate then you have to wait . file summary suit too or your claim would be barred by limiattion .
