You have five option for choosing the name for formation of a pvt ltd company, search in www.india.gov.in and www.mca.gov.in

No similarity in name or in pronunciation.

Thank you sir! ... so that means i can go forward! right sir?

You are welcome. However, acceptance of the company name depends solely upon verification by the Registrar, if any such name or similar name or the name with similar pronunciation if already stands registered at the time of your application. Be it known to you that several names of companies are registered on any single day by the registrar.

the company name i give will be compared with existing trademarks as well ? i have searched online and couldn't find any name similar to mine in other than the case i mentioned above in the company name search
.

and one more doubt sir... i want to start my company soon, but not now. so will it be enough to apply for a trademark for my company name to get it secured (so that no one else take it as their company name).

You cannot get any trademark, etc., registered in the name of your company unless your company name is registered, get certificate of incorporation and certificate of commencement of business.
