Help in high court

I m defending 138 case at high court...lost in lower courts.. just want to know t procedures of high court... and also just wanna know how can we call all my pnr form lower court to high court??? plz its urgent

Nasir, you need not move High Court.

If u lost on lower court, File Revision in Sessions court.It will be allowed on payment of abt 1-25% of payment + comp, and u will get STAY , so no jail

As you have already filed before high court so offer to make payment of cheque amount if possible which shall is 15% more than the original cheque amount otherwise contest as per factos of your case.
