LAW NEWS:
NEW DELHI: Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran, whose elevation to the Supreme Court was halted, has been asked by the apex court Collegium to go on leave.
Highly placed sources said the decision was taken against Dinakaran, who has not been performing any judicial work since December last, as several representations were received that the judicial work of the high court has been hit.
Sources said the collegium has also cleared the name of the acting chief justice of the Delhi High Court Justice Madan B Lokur to be appointed as the Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court.
LAWMAN'S VIEWS:
Supreme Court must intervene into the affairs and functioning of each and every Government Department and Organisations and Fix Accountability for Delay in the discharge of official responsibilities and duties of Public Servants.

The cuntry cannot run on forceful imposition of law,it should be spontaneous and that is what we are lacking.it is sorry state of affair that I am not ready to work honestly and sincerely and with responsibility. I am not public servant but public is my servant.I am not ready to serve my country however I want to extract and snatch all benefits for me at the cost of my country.Idealism is one thing and implimentation is different.

Intervention of general public is one of the responsible factor for the deterioration of the responsibility among the public servant. For getting matter done easily and quickly general public using different methods to lure the public servants.
