Harrasing

Hi,
Me and my fiance have been under mental agony since a school friend of my fiance has suddenly come and forcing her by sending various massegaes and call to marry him.Me and my fiance tried to persuade him over phone even through msg to stop all activities butI think he is not in amood to listen any thing.I think he is desparate.since he is a merchant navy stays most of the time outside comes in one time.this thing hasbeen contunuing from last year.please suggest me some advice.

Store the messages and sms and ask her to lodge a police complaint regarding the mental and physical harrasment
