gratuity on resignation from central railway

my client had resigned from central railway after 8 years of qualifying service. the railway administration had refused to pay any gratuity to him.
whether he is entitled to any gratuity as per the provisions of Railway services pension rules,1993. if yes, then then under what provision.riven

mr. harish please let us know, why your client has resigned from central railway. is he have joined some other organisation. whether he has taken prior permission of his employer.riven

Better Harish ji you yourself go in depth in the facts of the case and relevant provisions of Act. If gratuity provided therein in the facts and circumstances mentioned by you, it is ok otherwise no hope at all.riven
