Sir i want to purchase a plot from a person. The plot has registered sale deed of July 2020 ( no link documents), further owner got gram kantankam certificate of the plot in Nov 2020 by revenue Dept. Telangana the gramkantam certificate issued stating that the plot falls under gramkantam. Now can I purchase this plot .....please suggest

The Gramakantam land is conventionally a smaller piece of open land typically owned by the gram panchayat. It is meant to be utilised from time to time by the villagers in need.
However, the villagers did not hold any rights over this land, and this is where the problems started arising.
In the latest move by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Title deeds are to be granted to the occupants of Gramakantam land in a village. As a part of the current comprehensive land survey programme, the government has tasked the district collectors to recognise the authentic owners of the structures built on the Gramakantam land to grant the title to them.
Whatever, you may first obtain a proper legal opinion before buying the property
