Your question is not clear.
Do you want to have GPA from your mother to approach her advocate or whether to represent her before court?
Please revert with proper details

Your query is not clear. However, to my understanding, your mother can give vakalat to the Advocate.

If your mother is not able to visit the advocate at Bangalore to sign the legal notice, then how can she come to Bangalore at a later stage when the suit is filed in Bangalore.
You may obtain a GPA not only for issuing the legal notice but to file the suit also on her behalf.
Guru (Querist) 17 November 2024

The power of attorney deed will authorise you to undertake all the legal activities.
