Goa land policy relating to fdi

(Querist) 16 September 2015 This query is : Resolved 
A company having 99% shareholders as non resident and involved in the business of resorts. Can the company construct resort in goa through FDI under goa government land policy. Is there any restriction on construction of hotels or resorts from FDI. It will be helpful if i can get the relevant policy relating to it.
