Dear Experts,

Kindly elaborate on REVOKED and Gift deed. How is the WILL deed different from gift deed.

IN CASE OF A GIFT THE TITLE PASSES FORTHWITH
FROM DONOR but in case of a will title passes
only after the death of the testator.
