What is the procedure to get the gift deed registration done in the sub registrar office while donar is in judicial custody .

The donee may file an application with necessary fees requesting the Sub Registrar to attend the jail and register the gift. But the Jailor shall give permission for it.

To whom application is to be filed?

To the Sub Registrar concerned to attend to the jail and admit the document and file an application for permission to the Jailor.
