Gift deed

I am G Chakradhar,Staying in Abu Dhabi,since i am not living in india i gave gift deed to my neighbour, so i want to cancel that gift deed on my 300 s.yads plot .please advice me.

Deed of gift once executed can not be cancelled unless it could be proved before the court of law that the dedd was executed under the influence of force,coercion, fraud etc.
